The Achievement Awards & Scholarship GAMEDAY, hosted by the DREAM Foundation of Central Arkansas (DFCA), is an annual celebration created to recognize and honor outstanding Arkansas high school graduates as they prepare to begin the next chapter of their educational journeys. Held in Conway, Arkansas, GAMEDAY transforms the traditional scholarship ceremony into an exciting professional sports draft-style experience, where scholarship recipients are celebrated for their academic accomplishments, perseverance, leadership, and future goals. 

Students represent the colleges and universities they plan to attend, select their own “draft” music, and are recognized in front of their families, community leaders, sponsors, and supporters.

GAMEDAY is more than a scholarship presentation—it is a celebration designed to make students feel that their educational achievements deserve the same excitement and recognition given to athletic accomplishments.

In addition to awarding scholarships, the event recognizes individuals and organizations making a positive impact in their communities and connects students with mentors, professionals, and community leaders. Through GAMEDAY, the DREAM Foundation of Central Arkansas continues its commitment to Delivering Real Equality Amongst Minorities by investing in education, celebrating achievement, and encouraging the next generation to DREAM bigger and pursue their goals with confidence.
